I’m writing a review simply because I want to see if Estée Lauder is paying attention to the actual content of the reviews here, or if they just see a one-star rating and then give a generic response to each one asking the customer to “contact them.” No I won’t be contacting you Estée Lauder. You have a lot to answer for when it comes to one of your companies, MAC Cosmetics, and their atrocious treatment of customers. I have tried to get a simple apology - that’s right, an APOLOGY, not free stuff - and I have yet to receive one. I think you think you’re making yourself look good with these auto responses, but if you actually read what they say, like mine, I WILL NOT BE CONTACTING YOU. It’s YOUR job to reach out to the dissatisfied customer after they have written a negative review about you. I had a company reach out and contact ME based on a review I wrote here. They called and spoke to me, and sent me a free item. You don’t have to send people free stuff. But at the very least you could make a REAL effort for once.

I have ordered foundation from EL and it is absolutely fantastic. Definitely worth the money especially if you have oily skin. I have matched the shade of foundation on line via the website and it looks perfect. I have found my match and will purchase it in the future. The only down site is that the pump doesn't come with the foundation and have had to buy it separately. Plus I have received two samples of my choice and delivery is for free. I did not have any problems with delivery as well.

Vote with your wallets people! I am absolutely disappointed to know that Estee Lauder is using animal testing in their cosmetics and fragrance and therefore cannot tolerate this unnecessary and disgusting animal cruelty anymore! I have been buying your products for long time, but as soon as I got to know this, I decided not to use your products and switch to brands that do not do this anymore. There are alternatives to avoid it and so many brands are switching to cruelty-free. If you care at all about poor animals and people in general, you should be more considerate, then maybe more customers will come back.

The so called 6 piece deluxe sized gift that arrived with the dual 3.4oz Revitalizing Serums fir mom's BIRTHDAY GIFT, 2 out of 6 are so old 1 is crusted to the bottom of the tiny jar (neck cream) and the cleansing balm is rock hard in the tube. I have pictures sent by my DAD. My mom uses Sisley neck cream but was excited to try out your neck cream sample to compare. She can't. Why would you ship expired, old, crusted over, oxidized samples? Do you have zero consideration for your customers?

I met the brand of Estee Lauder for the first time, I used to use cosmetics from Dior, Chanel (I liked it), and Clarins from a luxury suite, the latter brand disappointed me greatly.
I received the Estee Lauder Blockbuster Anglo Set as a birthday present from my husband.
I am very glad that I have such a gorgeous set of cosmetics! This brand pleasantly surprised me. All the cosmetics fit me and I liked it.

Loved shopping from the Estee Lauder website. Everything was easy to navigate, shipping was fast, and the product arrived packaged well.

AVOID- WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER - service completely inferior to market competitors. Placed my first ever order over 1 wk ago and other than the order confirmation I have already received no further communication advising if the order had been despatched or delayed etc. Waited for 90 mins for a live web chat and gave up. Telephone customer services, sat in a call queue fir 45 mins to be told by a less than useless rep Elena that the order maybe despatched or may NOT be despatched this week. When I asked to speak to a manager she disconnected the call. AVOID ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY

Bought during Black Friday, shipped 3 weeks later. Fine. Canceled all my free gifts, one of which is full-sized. Talked for 1 hour with the customer representative to replace with a small sample which you could get with any order. Never would buy from this website again.

I love cinnabar! I like other Estee Lauder fragrances also, but Cinnabar is my favorite, Youth Dew is my next favorite.

Where the F is my return label? I've requested twice and they say it'll be emailed within 24-48 hours. That's load of BS! Once they process the shipping label, it's instantly generated!
I'm going to report them to the BBB and dispute with my credit card.
You have been warn guys. Don't shop with them!
